By tightening process and workflow efficiency—leveraging shared materials across sibling brands and enforcing on-time sample tracking—she created space for deeper work on concept, trim selection, and stitch/finish refinement. The result: considered pieces that read quiet luxury with sharp execution.

At Joe’s Jeans, denim sets the pace; Deidra built the wardrobe around it. She curated RTW assortment for Cut & Sew, Leather and Knitwear categories with an emphasis on knit innovation—from engineered ribs and pointelles to intarsia and cable accents, she shaped knit capsules that completed head-to-toe outfitting—modern, tactile, and built for wear. Trend lens on, BOMs tight, margins protected—craft meeting commerce without compromise.

With longstanding experience working in cut & sew, she led the launch of their domestic t-shirt and tank program, introducing a new core category to complement the denim assortment.

Working within a lean team, she implemented tools and processes to improve workflow efficiency and cross-functional visibility—including a seasonal submit binders, Excel trackers for fit samples, trims, and lab dips, and optimized PLM action points aligned with SMS reviews and Line Adoption.

She piloted a high-profile collaborative capsule (The B Project) on an aggressive 6-mo timeline, pitching to leadership, aligning product development and domestic suppliers to land a fashion-right, size-inclusive story in market.

Day-to-day, she sharpened silhouettes through market-informed research, locked trims/fabrics against strategy, and safeguarded construction through iterative fit so the collection read refined, not rudimentary.

Partnering closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Fabric R&D, Trims, Technical Design, and 3D teams, she balanced innovation, performance, and fit across core, seasonal and special drop assortments.
